ENDOSCOPE COURSES
About Online Endoscope Repair Courses
At EndoGrup, we prioritize student-friendly, fully hands-on training. We do not offer online endoscope repair courses, and we say so deliberately. Endoscope repair is a precision, tactile discipline: it is learned most effectively through one-on-one, in-person work with an expert instructor, using real devices and real tools at the bench.
For the same reason, we encourage prospective students to be cautious about online-only repair courses. Watching demonstrations through a screen cannot replace supervised, hands-on practice on actual endoscopes, and the competency our profession demands is built with the instrument in your hands, not in a video. If you are serious about mastering endoscope repair, we warmly invite you to train with us in person.
Plan Your Training
Course Schedule, Group Size and Fees
Course schedule: our courses run on demand. We open a course when you ask for it and arrange the dates together with you.
Group size: we take a maximum of 3 participants per course or group.
Fees: charged per participant, at the standard course fee. A group discount is available when more than one student attends together, so contact us for the details.
Training at Your Own Location
We can also come to you. Any of our courses can be delivered at your own location, for a single person or for a group. We send an expert or master trainer to your site and the training programme stays the same.
The trainer's travel and accommodation are paid by the customer. Tell us which course you want, where you are and how many people will attend, and we will send you a quote with all the details.
Visa Support and Invitation Letter
Our courses are normally held at our training center in Istanbul, Turkey. If you need a visa to attend a course, we issue an invitation letter for your application and we support you through the process.
Contact us, tell us which course you want to join, and we will prepare your letter. The visa decision itself is made by the authorities you apply to, so we cannot promise an outcome, but we will do our part.
Lunch and Accommodation
Lunch is on us. We provide lunch on every training day, at no extra cost.
Accommodation and flights are the student's own choice and cost. Most students book their own flights and decide where they want to stay. If you would rather we helped, just ask: we will arrange a room with breakfast at a 4-star hotel within walking distance of our service center, so you can walk to the training in the morning. You book and pay for it directly, we simply make the arrangement easy.
Training Equipment and Your Own Device
We supply everything you train with. All the devices and tools used in the course are provided by us. Which brands your training covers depends on the course: each course page lists the brands it is based on and whether you can choose another.
Bringing your own device is optional, never required. If you have a faulty endoscope, you are welcome to bring it to the course and learn on it. This applies to every course we offer.
You Do Not Need Expensive Special Tools
Many people believe endoscope repair requires costly, manufacturer-only tooling, and that belief stops them before they even start. For our rigid endoscope and semi-rigid ureteroscope (URS) courses, it is not true.
The tools and devices needed for that work can be bought in ordinary local markets, wherever in the world you are. We show you what to look for and how to use it. You do not need a proprietary tool set and you do not need a large investment to begin.
Our two flexible courses are the exception. Flexible endoscope repair, and flexible URS and cystoscope repair, both need dedicated equipment, and we would rather tell you so plainly than promise you otherwise.
After the Course
What Happens After the Course
Unlimited support, free of charge. Finishing the course does not end our relationship. You can ask us as many questions as you want, and we answer them. There is no question limit and no extra fee. When a written answer is not enough, we get on a video call with you and look at the problem together. Our graduates keep coming back to us long after their course, and we keep answering.
Our spare parts suppliers, shared with you. Knowing how to repair an endoscope is only half of the job: you also need to know where to buy the parts. After the course we share our own spare parts supplier contacts with you, so you can source what you need and start working straight away.
Refresher Workshop: Bring Your Own Endoscope
Our graduates do not stop learning when the course ends. Whenever you have a device you cannot fix, bring it to us and we repair it together, at our bench, with your hands on it.
This is a paid service. You pay only the normal service labour and any parts used. There is no limit on how many times you come.
